WP1 ensures that the ScreenWise project is implemented smoothly, efficiently, and in full compliance with Erasmus+ Quality Standards.
It provides the foundation for strong coordination, internal communication, financial management, risk mitigation, quality assurance, and eco-friendly implementation across all partners.
The work package runs throughout the entire project lifespan: 01/04/2025 – 31/03/2026.
According to the project document, WP1 consists of administrative management, operational management, internal evaluation, communication systems, and sustainability measures, all overseen by the lead partner FBF in Germany.

Project Coordinator
– Extensive experience in adult education, project coordination, and Erasmus+ management.
– Responsible for financial control, administrative oversight, and ensuring activities meet deadlines.
– Leads dissemination for certain phases and hosts the Implementation Meeting in Hagen.
– Provides strong project management capacity.
Fundacja Ornament (ORN) – Poland
Internal Evaluator & Lead for WP2 and WP3
– Experience working with adults in rural areas.
– Strong competence in content development, non-formal educational methods, and quality-check tools.
– Leads development of the training content, expert focus groups, evaluation frameworks, and assessment tools.
– Leads WP3 pilot testing and refinement of training materials.

ICT, Technical & Pedagogical Support; LTTA Leader
– Provides technical support, digital tools, and expertise in digital balance education.
– Supports quality assurance and ensures digital accessibility of all training materials.
– Leads the Learning, Teaching, and Training Activities (LTTA) for educators in WP3.
International Youth, Sport, Environment and Development Association (IYSEDA) – Türkiye
Dissemination Leader & Partner in All Work Packages
– Strong network and expertise in digital dissemination, outreach, and community engagement.
– Leads digital dissemination efforts, publications, media outreach, and supports exploitation in WP4.
– Brings youth and family support experience to ensure cultural adaptation.
